✦ We are a small, soulful biz, not Amazon. So don’t expect same-day drone deliveries or corporate coldness. Expect soul.
✦ All prices are listed in Rands (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes.
✦ We reserve the right to sass, sparkle, and update these terms whenever the mood strikes. But we’ll keep it fair.
✦ Returns & Refunds ✦
Because Sometimes Things Don’t Work Out (It’s Not You, It’s Logistics)
We want you to be happy. But here’s the deal:
✦ Digital products / courses / experiences: Due to the nature of digital goods and intimate offerings, all sales are final. No refunds, no backsies. (We stand behind our magic.)
✦ Physical products: If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it like grown-ups — kindly, and case-by-case.
✦ We offer a 7 Day refund return, so if you changed your mind? No worries babe, we get it! As long as the product arrives in 100% condition back to us (along with packaging) we will refund you. Expect payment processing to take 2 working days.
