Membership and Retreats:
- Zero Tolerance Policy: We cultivate a supportive and respectful environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated however having the time of you life is mandatory.
- Retreat Payments: Full payment for retreats is required two months in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your spot.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat will forfeit the entire deposit.
- Cancellations made between 60 and 120 days prior to the retreat will result in a 50% loss of the total retreat fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or move retreats that don’t meet minimum attendance requirements. In this case, your deposit will be moved to the next available date and/or deposit will be refunded.
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend travel insurance for unexpected situations.
